These are amazing, as are the NeilMed Sinus Cleanse Bottles. They really do make allergies so much easier and they can cut a head cold recovery time in half. We gave samples away at the clinic I worked at, and I use them whenever I start to get a lot of sinus pressure or when I'm sick.
