Use the $1/1 Herbal Essences Product coupon from the 5/16 RP
Pay:  $1.99, but get a $2 RR
Final cost: Free--- stock up now!
Then "rinse and repeat" :) this deal in a new transaction- use another $1/1 coupon from the 5/16 RP and the $2 RR you got from the first transaction for another free Herbal Essences product. You WILL need to buy a small "filler" item (candy, gum, pencil, etc.) so that your RR can "attach" to something. Register Rewards count as a coupon, so you can't have more coupons than you have items.
