ReplyDeleteI placed two orders on Dec 10 and I still haven't gotten them. Did anyone else have this problem? The order for the weekend bag says "Contact Customer Service" and my other order has an untrackable UPS number.

ReplyDeleteI have ordered from them before. But, I read somewhere else that orders are being cancelled. I didn't receive an email saying mine was cancelled (in fact, I did receive confirmation after I placed my order), but they may have all been cancelled. I would call customer service and ask.
I'm getting fed up with family of sites- they have done this a few times now, which is terrible customer service, so I will definately be hesitant to post anymore deals from them.
