Free Coupons!

I love to get coupons! Sometimes I get them in the paper, sometimes I print them myself. I get them in the mail, in free samples, inside products, Yes, I even look at the ones that people have left sitting on the shelves at the store! To me, coupons are FREE MONEY.

I recently signed up for a program called Recycle Bank (Thanks, Michelle at MoneySavingMadness!) and got some great coupons. Recycle Bank is essentially a recycling program that rewards you with points. You can get 100 points just for signing up, but you can also send in old electronics like cell phones for more points. You can use your points on lots of different things from over 1,500 businesses but you can also cash in your points for COUPONS!

There are lots of great coupons you can get with the 100 points you'll have just for signing up. Just yesterday I received an envelope in the mail with the 10 $1 off Coke coupons I chose! (I'll wait and pair these with a good sale and hopefully get 10 twelve-packs for free!)

Here's how to earn 100 points and get your coupons:

1) Go here and sign-up.

2) Then return to the Recycle Bank website and sign-in.

3) Go to "Get Rewards"

4) To get the Coke coupons, go to Grocery and Food, then Beverages

5) Add to your cart and select the amount (100 points will get you 10)

6) Submit your order and your coupons will arrive by mail!

I just read from Swag Grabber how to get even more points to use for rewards!! Just follow this process and you'll earn 300 more points which will buy you 30 Coke coupons, several magazine subscriptions and more!

::Sign up for an account with Kashless here (a free classified ad service).


::Then click on "Rewards" at the top and link to your RecycleBank account.

::Click on "Saved Searches" and start saving searches.

::For every search you save, you'll get 10 extra points added to your RecycleBank account. You should be able to earn around 300 points in less than 15 minutes.

::Your points will show up in your account within a few days and you can redeem them for all sorts of wonderful things like free magazine subscriptions, coupons for free products, high-value coupons, and more.

Have FUN getting the mail!

I love to get the mail everyday because a few times I week I'll have a little package with a mystery freebie inside! Anytime I see an offer for a free sample, I fill it out; it only takes seconds. (You may want to use a "coupon" email or alternative email account, in case you get lots of spam.) I love to open these packages and see what FREEBIES have come! Sometimes these freebies come with great coupons as well!
I've scored some really great freebies in the past- a full bottle of sunscreen lotion, dog bones, cereal and breakfast bars, laundry detergent, cleaners, diapers, etc, etc!

Free Meals on your Birthday (or even the whole month long!)

One of my favorite things is to go out to eat! Any chance not to have to cook and clean up gets me excited! Many restaurants will give you free stuff on your birthday- it can range from a free appetizer, dessert, or your whole meal!
I usually go to the websites of the restaurants in my area and look for a "club" or "receive our emails" list. Sign yourself up (and your hubbie and kiddos, too) for these clubs; sometimes you'll get a free gift for joining too!
Here are some of the restaurants in my area where we typically get something for free at Birthday time!

Some of these email coupons are good for a week or two around your birthday; some are even good for the whole month. Careful planning can allow the birthday guy or gal to eat free a few times! In my house, we "celebrate" 1/2 Birthdays too, but so far the restaurants haven't given out freebies for that! ;)

Photo deals are really popular and come along often. There are so many great digital photo websites and many offer some great deals.
Here is one that is good until Nov. 15! Just go to Parenting.com's Baby and Child Model Search and register with them. You won't need to submit any photos, but go ahead and click on "Submit a Photo" to create an account. At the bottom, be sure to leave the section checked that says "Yes, I want to receive offers from shutterfly". You should then see a coupon code to copy and paste in at shutterfly.com. Sign in or create an account, click on my account, go to my special offers at the bottom, and then paste the code in! You can get lots of prints with this free $10 or create a gift, like a mousepad. You'll have to pay shipping, but it's not much.

(I had to laugh at first at the thought of a drive through diet, but I guess it could work!) Hello World!

Welcome to my new blog! I have decided to give blogging a try after thinking about it for some time. I love to help others save money and get great deals, so hopefully this blog will accomplish that! I’ve taught a few classes on couponing, but wanted to have a way to reach more people everyday. I hope to post daily deals for you on how to use coupons to save money on groceries and household products, how to eat out for cheap (or free!), and how to shop online and save money!

My motto is “Never Pay Retail”! You just don’t have to! I don’t know who first said that “Nothing in life is free”, but I don’t believe it! I get things for free everyday and am able to save my family money by cutting our grocery and spending bills in half or more!
