Recipe and coupons for ingredients!
If you need another side dish for your Easter feast tomorrow, here is a great recipe for CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE I'll be making! And, you can get most of the ingredients pretty cheap at Meijer right now with coupons and sales!
What you'll need:
*16 oz. sour cream
What you'll need:
*2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns
- Print TWO $1/1 Ore-Ida Hashbrown Coupon
- or use two $1/1 coupons from the 3/21 SS
Meijer price: $2, after coupon $1 each (buy two bags)
*1 stick butter, cut up and melted
*16 oz. sour cream
- use the $0.50/1 Daisy coupon from the 3/28 SS
- Meijer price: Daisy Sour Cream $1.50, after coupon doubles= $0.50!
*1 10oz. cream of mushroom soup
- use the $0.25/3 Campbell's "great for cooking" coupon from the 3/28 SS
- or buy the Meijer brand if it's cheaper
*1 3/4 cup mild cheddar cheese
- Meijer price: $1.67 Kraft Shredded Cheese
*Sour Cream N Onion chips
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except the chips) together and place in a non stick sprayed dish. Add some extra cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Crush the chips and sprinkle them on top right before serving.
It is so easy and everyone loves it!

2008: The BBC announced that camera crews filming near the Antarctic for its natural history series Miracles of Evolution had captured footage of Adélie penguins taking to the air. It even offered a video clip of these flying penguins, which became one of the most viewed videos on the internet. Presenter Terry Jones explained that, instead of huddling together to endure the Antarctic winter, these penguins took to the air and flew thousands of miles to the rainforests of South America where they "spend the winter basking in the tropical sun." Important Update for Disney Movie Rewards!
I told you the other day that I had JUST joined Disney Movie Rewards and was so excited that I was able to enter some free codes and already had enough for a small reward! Well, it turns out, Disney Movie Rewards just redid their site, and some of the codes that were working should have really been expired. Many bloggers posted these codes not realizing there was a glitch in the Disney Movie Rewards system.
Try logging into your account and see if it has been blocked. Mine wasn't, but I'm not sure what accounts are being blocked and which ones aren't. If it IS blocked, call Disney Movie Rewards custom service number at 1-866-246-8646; they are open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central Time. Tell them you didn't realize you were entering invalid codes and to please unblock your account. They will do so immediately, and you won't lose any of your points. If you don't call (you could try emailing too), your account may stay blocked until you do.
I'm so sorry about that- hopefully I'll have some new valid codes to post for you again soon! :)
