First of all, there was a hang tang by the Pantene products that said, "Buy 1 Pantene Shampoo or Conditioner AND 1 Pantene Styler, recieve back a $5 custom coupon valid on your next order."
This makes a MONEYMAKER on the trial sizes!
Here's what I did:
Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner in one, travel size $1
Pantene Hair Spray, travel size $1
Get back a $5 catalina coupon
Final cost: Free plus a $3 moneymaker!
Also, travel size items are on sale for Buy 4, Get 1 Free so you could pick up 5 travel sized items (make sure 1 is Pantene Shampoo or conditioner and 1 is a Pantene hair spray), pay $4 and get back a $5 catalina. I'd rather have the moneymaker, but if you can use Travel Size items, this is a great deal!
Secondly, I did the Buy $25 or more Playtex, Schick, Banana Boat or Hawaiian Tropic, get $10 off instantly. Limit 1 offer per transaction.
Here's what I did:
4 Banana Boat Sun Screens (20% off) $6.39 each
I used (2) $1/1 coupons from the 4/22 SS
Got $10 on instantly
Final cost: $13.56 for all 4, or just $3.39 each!!!
This should last us most of the summer I hope! If you had 4 $1/1 coupons from the 4/22, you'd pay just $2.89 each!
I ended up spending $94 all together and got back a $5 catalina. I saved $90, so I cut my grocery bill in half, which is my goal each time I shop! My bill was a little higher than normal because we have a family birthday party this weekend that I had to stock up for and we're having some friends stay with us overnight this weekend, so I picked up a few extras!
