DIY Peanut Butter & Jelly Uncrustables

Here is a repost, in honor of National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day today!

DIY Peanut Butter and Jelly Uncrustables

Do you get tired of making sandwiches for lunches each day? Are you tempted to buy the Smuckers Uncrustables, but don't like the price or the preservatives?

I'll show you how to make them yourself!! These are so quick and easy to make, and they'll save you time when you need to pack a lunch!

Here's what to do:

*Spread your bread out in pairs on a flat surface.
*Put peanut butter on both sides (so they jelly doesn't leak through).
*Spead Jelly on one side and close the sandwich.
*Use the top of a cup or a piece of tupperware and press gently onto one side of the sandwich... but don't go all the way through the bread. (You can see the square shaped tupperware I used in the photo).
*Turn the sandwich over, line up your cup or tupperware and press gently again on this side. Press hard to seal the edges.
*Now just peel off the crust from the sides.

Wrap each sandwich in a square of Saran Wrap and freeze until you need then. Then just pop them into a lunchbox--They'll defrost by lunchtime! Yum-O!
