Sam's Club: Free Health Screenings to the public on 2/13

You can visit Sam's Club on 2/13 from 11 am until 4 pm for a free health screening!

The screening includes: glucose, total cholesterol, HDL, risk ratio, blood pressure, and body fat percentage.

Membership is not required!
