160 + Books I Personally Recommend

I love to read and when I've read a good book, I can't wait to share it.

Lately on Facebook I've seen friends posting questions like, "I need some new books to read- Help!". And as much as I want to help them, I have this problem where after I've read a book and I've gone on to the next one, I forget the title, or the name of the author, or even the synopsis of the book I've just finished!

So I decided to finally get around to compiling a list of books that I have personally read and would recommend to others. I'm only including books that I think are worthy of your time to read. If the book was a dud or just mediocre, in my opinion, I'm not including it. That's not to say my taste in books will be the same as your taste, but hopefully you'll find some titles in this list that you will enjoy!

I'm linking them to Amazon so that you can read the synopsis and reviews.

And if you're looking for some authors that in general write good, entertaining, easy-reading books, I have read pretty much everything by the following authors: Jennifer Weiner, Jodi Picoult, Emily Giffin, Sophia Kinsella, John Grisham, and Nicholas Sparks. Some of their books are better than others, but I usually get excited when they have a new book coming out!

Oh, and the books with an * next to it are books that have been made into movies (always fun to read the book and then see the movie)!

So here are 100+ books I have read and would recommend:
