Homemade No Bake Granola Bites
This is a super quick and easy snack you can make at home within minutes. You probably already have these ingredients in your cupboards too! I prefer these to store bought Granola Bars because they are homemade, and my kids do too!
Here's what you'll need:
1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats or Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Rice Krispies Cereal (or store brand)
1/4 Cup Nutella or similar Hazelnut Spread
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper
Store in the fridge to help them keep their shape.
You can also add other things to these, like shredded coconut, raisins flaxseed, etc.
The only problem with this snack is that it will be gone before you know it! My kids and hubby gobble these up!
