JCP: Free Kids Easter Egg Decorating Event today at 11 am

Stop in your local JCPenney store today at 11 am for a Free Easter Event. Kids can decorate an Easter egg and receive a FREE collectible pin. 

Note that these activities are designed for school-aged kids and all kids must be accompanied by an adult.
